Next, time to eat local, with Jane St. Claire, the founder of Savor California; Kendra and Paul Kolling, proprietors of Nana Mae's Organics in Sebastopol; Marisa Simoes, proprietor of Three Sisters Farmstead Cheese in Tulare County.
Greg Warwick of Fentiman's Soda brings a little fizz to the proceedings, along with SF Chronicle food editor Michael Bauer, Gilles Martin of Sparkling Pointe of Long Island, New York, and Florent Lescombes of Southwest Wines.
