I'd love to see more recipes to pair with good wine. Perhaps some of the local wineries could contribute something that they recommend serving with one of their wines, and it would be great to hear Gene's review of the wine/food pairing.

Hi Ron. I think a good place to contribute recipes might be under this forum area. Perhaps start a recipes topic or wine paring recipes topic? Do that by clicking "Start a discussion" at the top of this page.
